Outreach Hours are fun opportunities to gather together and connect with neighbors, friends, colleagues, families, and other people in our community to inspire support for the Campaign. And with our user-friendly Volunteer Portal, it’s never been easier to reach more people to make more of a difference for our community.

Capacity in the Jewish Federation of Cleveland Conference Center is limited, so please reserve your spot quickly if you would like to join us in person*.
We recommend that you bring your phone to make calls and a Wi-Fi capable laptop or tablet to use the portal at our building.

When you register to volunteer for an Outreach Hour, you will receive your own personal link to access the Volunteer Portal, a simple and easy tool to help you manage your outreach efforts. Simply click on the link and follow the prompts to get started!

THE CAMPAIGN PORTAL DOES NOT OPEN WHEN I CLICK THE LINK

First, confirm your internet connection is working properly. For example, visit www.campaignforjewishneeds.org. If it is and you still cannot open the portal, contact our volunteer support team.

I AM UNABLE TO LOG IN TO THE PORTAL; MY EMAIL IS NOT RECOGNIZED

Please double-check to confirm your email is accurate and matches the address where you received the welcome email. If you still cannot open the portal, click the link that says “Having trouble logging in? Send us an email.” Our volunteer support team will work to resolve your issue.

CAN I SHARE MY PORTAL LINK WITH OTHERS?

No. For security purposes, we have created individually assigned links that cannot be shared. If someone you know would like to volunteer and needs a link, direct them to this page to register.
